Manchester Lettings, in my view, is the best lettings company in the country. Why? Because they have a unique combination of efficiency, promptness, friendliness and sheer competence in every aspect of the lettings business that is unique in my wide experience of the private lettings business. The secret is that they are very much a family enterprise: Mark and Jane Carroll head operations and are superbly assisted by their two eldest sons and other family members.
